Printing International has three types of etchable pad printing plates in its range, for customers who want to etch their own cliché and do not want to be bound by delivery deadlines. Two types are polymer plates, the etching of these plates can be done with a minimum of material. Etching the better quality steel plates requires a larger investment.

THIN STEEL 0,5 mm PAD PRINTING PLATE
Thin steel 0,5 mm is a hardened carbon steel cliché with a polished surface, it is also available in a thickness of 0,2 mm. The plates have a negative photosensitive lacquer on both sides. All pad printing plates are cut and perforated at the customer’s request.
