In order to facilitate the cleaning of pad printing accessories such as ink cups, printing plates, raking systems, etc. PRINTING INTERNATIONAL proposes a fast and economic way to clean accessories using an ULTRASONIC TANK.

The ULTRASONIC WAVES transmitted by the generator are being sent out through the cleaning agent and produce cavitation energy which accelerates the release of dirt particles. By slightly heating the cleaning agent, the chemical reaction will be increased.

The ULTRASONIC WAVES which are radiated in the cleaning liquid guarantee this way a perfect cleaning of all the accessories, irrespective of the used ink type (one- or two-component ink) or of the drying time of the ink.

After a while (the treating time depends on the degree and the type of contamination) the accessories are cleaned.
Simply rinse the accessories afterwards with pure water in a tank or tub after the ultrasonic cleaning.
