- Robust and Compact Design: Features a mechanically welded monoblock frame with a rigid structure that houses both electrical and pneumatic control cabinets seamlessly.
- Enhanced Visibility and Accessibility: The top section is highly transparent, providing clear visibility. It is accessible through secure, transparent doors for ease of operation and maintenance.
- 8-Position Rotary Table: Includes an advanced rotary table with 8 positions, optimized for tooling restrictions to ensure precision and efficiency.
- Servo Kyanite Heads with XY Adjustment: Equipped with either X1 or X2 EF 90, 130, or 160 servo kyanite heads, paired with an XY SKR adjustment table to facilitate precise movements and adjustments.
- Pad Cleaning Option: Includes the option for buffer cleaning to maintain high-quality print outcomes.
- Dual-Sided Functionality: Offers firing or crowning capabilities on one or both sides for versatile printing applications.
- Optional piece clamping and positioning: Provides the flexibility of optional clamping or positioning mechanisms to secure the workpiece during printing.
- Rotation and Positioning: Supports the possibility of workpiece rotation or positioning for enhanced adaptability to different production demands.
- Loading and Unloading Options: Allows for manual or automated loading and unloading, with two separate stations to streamline workflow.

ROTA
The ROTA setup is used when the number of working stations is limited and it is important to have good accessibility to all parts of the machine. By placing the working stations outside of the product trajectory each module can easily be reached by hand during production.
