The caps and closures printing machines are suitable to print on different caps & closure types with minor machine changes. No printing cylinders are needed. Printing plates are used resulting in high flexibility. All application units are highly accessible for a fast ink, pad and design changeover procedure.
It is possible to print onto caps and closures in 1, 2 or 3 colours.
Different sizes to print are possible, but most caps range between 28mm and 50mm.
When printing caps it is important to keep in mind the volume of products that need to be printed. A high quality print is needed, but the speed of production can’t be disadvantaged because of this. Therefor we designed machines that focus on high OEE, while complying to FDA and cGMP regulations.
