Harder pads (lower Shore values from our 20 / 40 / 60 grades) suit fine detail and flat surfaces. Softer pads accommodate curved or complex geometries.
Yellow is general purpose, red excels in high-output production on smooth surfaces, and white is engineered for fine detail and the sharpest image transfer.
Yes. We design and manufacture fully custom geometries when no standard pad fits, including special shapes for unusual part contours.
