WHAT DO WE OFFER?

Are you both technically skilled and creatively minded? We are looking for an all-round graphic operator who can work in both the prepress and printing departments. You will ensure that print files are perfectly prepared and professionally printed. This includes working with our CTP system to create printing plates.

You’ll also be responsible for evaluating the feasibility of print proof requests and preparing the necessary data and materials — in close collaboration with customers, purchasing, and production. Once everything is ready, you’ll execute the test prints.

After each proof, you document and report your findings to internal contacts or directly to the customer.

In addition to these technical tasks, you’ll also give demonstrations to clients and provide training on printing processes and best practices. Whether you’re helping a new customer get started with pad printing or fine-tuning settings for an experienced partner — your expertise makes the difference.

This is a varied and technically challenging role in a modern printing technology environment. You will work closely with customers and colleagues from production, technical support, and R&D — all focused on delivering precision and quality at every step.

Naturally, we offer a competitive salary package.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparing and checking print files (prepress)
  • Reviewing layouts and delivering files according to print production standards
  • Managing and using RIP software and workflow tools
  • Operating the CTP system (Computer-to-Plate) and lasers for engraving print plates
  • Setting up, testing, and running pad printing machines
  • Evaluating and reporting on feasibility tests

Your Profile

You have a strong background in the graphic sector and an eye for precision. You take responsibility for details, enjoy working with print materials, and can translate technical requirements into high-quality results. You are communicative, well-organized, and stay calm under pressure — whether working independently or in a team.

Ideally, you check most of the following boxes:

  • A completed education in graphics or printing
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat)
  • Comfortable working with both Windows and macOS systems
  • Familiarity with prepress workflows (e.g., Enfocus Switch is a big plus)
  • Affinity with printing techniques, especially pad printing and/or screen printing

You also bring the following skills and qualities:

  • Highly accurate with strong attention to detail
  • Capable of performing print proofs according to given specifications
  • Able to follow and meet planned production schedules
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in Dutch; knowledge of French, English, and German is a strong asset
  • Stress-resistant and deadline-oriented
  • Team player who takes initiative when needed
