Production Operator
We, a high-tech machine manufacturer based in Aalter, specialise in the design, production and commissioning of printing machines using the pad printing process. We also supply all accessories, including inks, printing plates and printing pads.

About the Role
For our production department, we are looking for a motivated, versatile colleague who can work flexibly across different production processes. You will support your colleagues in conditioning inks, engraving cliché plates, and producing silicone pads, as well as performing other tasks within the department.
As a versatile colleague, you are an important link who steps in wherever needed. You ensure that the production process runs smoothly and that quality and efficiency are always maintained.
Your Tasks
- Preparing and mixing inks according to specifications.
- Casting silicone pads and finishing them accurately.
- Performing production tasks related to cliché plates.
- Checking the quality and finishing of products.
- Supporting colleagues with technical and production-related tasks.
- Correctly filling in production data and following work instructions.
- Maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety on the shop floor.
Your Profile
- In possession of an A- or B-level diploma, preferably with a technical background.
- Affinity with production and/or technology.
- Accurate and detail-oriented.
- Flexible and willing to take on various tasks.
- Good at setting priorities and working independently.
- Team player with a sense of responsibility.
