Both pneumatical and servo drive versions can be equipped with up to 6 modules of closed ink cups 90, 130 or 160mm and can integrate multiple decoration solutions.
Syringe printing machine:
The machine uses the rotary pad principle to print onto syringes over 360° with a high print quality and high print position accuracy. The syringes are automatically supplied to the revolverhead for fixation onto the mandrels.
The syringes are pretreated, printed, dried and then unloaded by an automatic ejection system. The capacity depends on the exact syringe dimensions:
1 ml : 15 000/hour
5 ml : 12 000/hour
10 ml : 8 000/hour
20 ml : 7 500/hour
Also a vision system to control the print quality can be installed as an option on the machine.
