The Orion LCP-T is designed to decorate caps with different diameter (28-78mm) and different heights (18-60mm).
With our unique patented printing technology, we can print single and multi colour images with solvent or UV ink on the top or circumference of the caps and closures. Also a high-gloss finishing with varnish can be included into the printing machine.
Capacity for top printing: Caps Ø 30 mm: capacity of ± 22 000 pcs/h Caps Ø 40 mm: capacity of ± 14 000 pcs/h Caps Ø 50 mm: capacity of ± 7 000 pcs/h Capacity for circumference printing: ± 12 000 pcs/h
The printing quality is irrespective of printing capacity, batch size and caps & closure shape. Every print is very accurate positioned on each cap.
This caps printing machine is suitable to print on different caps & closure types with minor machine changes. No printing cylinders are needed because of the flexibility due to the use of printing plates. Other application units are highly accessible for a fast ink, pad and design changeover procedure.
ORION: Full colour photo quality printing
The ORION is designed to decorate Ø 28 mm bottle caps. Nevertheless, the concept is also suitable for other bottle cap sizes and/or cap shapes.
The standard caps of Ø 28 mm will have a max. output of ± 70 000 caps per hour in full colour. Each colour has its separate printing station and is designed to achieve an unequalled print quality. A varnish layer printing station can also be built in.
The main features of the ORION are fully automatic loading and ejection, surface pre-treatment, drying stations between the UV-printing stations.
RCP-T: Printing on top of cap in 1, 2 or 3 colours
The RCP-T (Rotary Caps Printer – Top) is designed to decorate on top of max Ø 38 mm bottle caps in 1, 2 or 3 colours with an output of ± 140 000 caps/h. Nevertheless, the concept is also suitable for other bottle cap sizes and/or shapes.
With the use of rotary tampon printing technology it is possible to achieve a continuous printing with reduced consumption of consumables.
The high capacity RCP-T installation features also fully automatic loading & ejection and surface pre-treatment.
The result is a highly scratch-resistant print of superb quality.
RCP-C: Printing on circumference of cap in 1 colour
The RCP-C (Rotary Caps Printer – Circumference) is designed to decorate on the circumference of max Ø 49 mm bottle caps in 1 colour with an output of ± 7 250 caps/h. Nevertheless, the concept is also suitable for other bottle cap sizes and/or shapes.
With the use of rotary tampon printing technology it is possible to achieve a continuous printing with reduced consumption of consumables.
