Printing International added an extra range of pad printing machines namely 'CRISTAL-Line'. This new range of machines has a very good "price/quality" value.
The use of closed ink cups are still available. Also options like automatic pad cleaning, servomotor shuttle, rotary table, etc. are easily integrated.
All CRISTAL machines (except the CRISTAL 90 manual machine) are equipped with a Siemens PLC for an easy set up and operation of the machine.
The CRISTAL-Line covers a 1 colour manual machine up to 5 colours fully automatic machines with ink cups 90mm, 120mm or 135mm.
Other features are:
5-digit auto counter built in
Printing speed is adjustable to meet different requirements
Extra function "twice inking, once printing" is designed for thicker ink layer
Protection cover complying with CE safety standard
Auto-blowing air ensures quick ink drying
Simple design worktable provides X, Y axis adjustment
