The PLATINIUM electropneumatic pad printing machines feature advanced controls. The simple and user friendly menu structure allows individual adjustment of every movement on the machine from the front LCD display including delay times between movements to help with those difficult printable products. 40 recipes, containing different settings can be stored and activated ensuring a rapid change-over between products without any adjustments.
Closed ink cup system allowing quick, easy change-over and reduction of odour and solvent evaporation.
Option of automatic pad cleaning: pneumatic system for removal of dust particles and ink residues by using a special adhesive tape.
Rotary table for multicolour printing without loss of ink volume.
Can be supplied as modular for integration into existing production lines.
Choice between 5 available standard languages: English, French, German, Spanish or Dutch.
Independent actuation of every movement: ink take-up, ink deposit, inking in steps, continuous inking, performance of a complete print cycle, continuous printing with adjustable interval between successive print cycles.
Also features a parts counter incremental or up to a pre-set value.
