Printing International was founded in 1974 by Mr. Laurent Devolder. His purpose was to provide printing solutions in multiple colours by using pad printing technology.
In the late 70s, the engineering department of the company was launched. Besides the production of standard pad printing machines, Printing International presents itself as a manufacturer of industrial pad printing machines that meet specific customer needs.
Some examples : The pad printing machine to print onto 10” PVC balls over 360° in 6 colours, direct printing on tablets for the pharmaceutical industry and the rotary printing on syringes of 5 to 20 ml.

The result was that the former production site soon became too small and that in the 80s, Printing International moved to a new factory building of 3500 m², built in the Industrial Zone in Aalter.
Increasingly it became clear that Printing International is the right partner for customer-oriented total solutions. Printing International delivers not only the machine, but also the whole concept of R & D, inks, pads, printing plates and a fast service:

Based on its know-how and experience, Printing International filed over the years several patents. Since its inception, Printing International always had the ambition to deliver high quality machines and consumables that has resulted in obtaining an ISO 9001 certificate.
From 2002 the management of this family company is transferred to the current CEO Mr. Dr. Filip Feyaerts, so the founder Mr. Laurent Devolder could focus on overall strategy.
